If your financial resources are assessed to be between HK$56,540.01 and HK$452,320, you are required to pay a sum by way of contribution upon acceptance of the offer of legal aid. The amount of contribution ranges from HK$1,131 to HK$113,080 depending on your assessed financial resources. In some cases, you can pay the contribution by installments (normally not more than 6 monthly installments) (Please view our publications on calculation of financial resources and contributions.)
