Notes :

1. The financial year of the Supplementary Legal Aid Fund runs from 1 October of one year to 30 September of the following year. As at 30 September 2012, the net assets of the Supplementary Legal Aid Fund were decreased by $682,612 to $86,913,765.
2. Auditors' Report for the statement of account for the year ended 30 September 2012 has not yet been issued as the account is being audited by the Audit Commission.
